The municipality of Fundão in known for its richness and diversity in the production of cheese. Here you can taste “Queimoso” cheese, Yellow Cheese from Beira Baixa, Mixed Cheese, Creamy Sheep Cheese from Beira Baixa. Its quality, joined with tradition, comes from the milk properties, since this milk comes from the herds of sheep of extensive production.
