Almeida
These two buildings date back to the 19th century and are located in the ravelin of Santa Bárbara or Paiol. There is a moat on one side of the ammunition depot. The building’s most remarkable features are its size and originality. It was designed to house gunpowder and ammunition and was essential to the town’s complex fortified defence system.
