Castelo Mendo
At the southern top of the citadel, there is a gate which grants access to the oldest nucleus of the Castle. It has Romanesque features. The castle built here (13th-14th centuries) had a Romanesque and Gothic style. These ruins were classified as a National Monument in 1946.
