The routes from the Historical Village of Monsanto start at the main square in the neighbourhood of Relva in order to make the shorter routes easier without having to go up into the village. This route departs in the direction of Eugénia, turning right shortly after departure and right again in Eugénia towards Lagar de Junho and Adingeiro. In this village it turns left towards Idanha-a-Velha and goes downhill until it joins the N332, where it turns right towards Medelim. A gentle climb comes next to this Beira village, where there is another right turn towards Monsanto on the N239. Further on, with the Historical Village on the horizon, there is a right turn to climb up to Relva and finish the route.
