Belmonte
This mausoleum in the form of an altar with pedestals, possibly from the high imperial times, stands out as unique in all the region of Beira Interior. Its integration in a broader funeral space, possibly associated with a villa and its proximity to an important road, highlights the important of these structures in the framework of studies being made on the Roman occupation of the northern interior of the Lusitania province.
