In the Piódão stream, there is a river beach area that provides the perfect conditions for water activities. With fresh, clear water and located in a wooded area, the River Beach turns a simple visit into an experience you will want to repeat. In 2016, this beach was awarded the Blue Flag, awarded by the Blue Flag Association of Europe (ABAE), which attests to the superior quality of the water, the characteristics of the surroundings and the quality of the support and safety infrastructures.
