This route departs the Historical Village of Idanha-a-Velha towards Medelim on the N332, with the first part on a moderate uphill. In this Beira village it turns right towards Monsanto, on the N239. A few kilometres later, with Monsanto Hill on the horizon, it turns right towards Carroqueiro and then Adingeiro. Here it turns right again towards Idanha-a-Velha, along a municipal road with a good surface and beautiful landscapes. The route heads downwards at a good pace, but a glance back affords imposing views of Monsanto. Further down it rejoins the N332, turning left eastwards and then left again to enter Idanha-a-Velha where the route ends.
