Community Oven

Idanha-a-Velha
Once owned by the Marrocos family, it is now a communal bread oven. It is a single storey building with a simple structure. It is comprised of a large room surrounded by countertops, with the oven in one corner, with a vaulted ceiling, covered in granite. It also has a covered patio for firewood. The bread was baked there in exchange for a portion of the finished product, that is, a part of the baked tray, which could be a loaf or two.
