In the Lent you will experience the Easter spirit trough unique religious events, such as “Procissão dos Penitentes” or the “Ermidas”, representations of the Passion of Christ, in the nine chapels of Fundão. At the Holy Friday we have the “Enterro do Senhor”, with the sound of rattles, is one of the most important processions to the community.
