The Falcões House is a 16th century building, which was renovated in the 18th century, located in front of the diving fountain. Implementing architecture of a strong Beira character, it has a square floor plan, with two floors, the ground floor for commercial purposes and the first floor for residence, accessible through a staircase with a framed landing. At the beginning of the 20th century, it had two floors and a hipped roof.
