The route leaves the Historical Village by the Royal Arena, running along some cobblestone streets and crossing the wall through the west gate. After following the boundary of the district, it leads to the Mula Valley and the Coelha and Malpartida Valley, with gentle gradients and regular quality roads with little traffic. From Malpartida it returns to the Historical Village of Almeida, crossing the wall through the north gate before following it as far as the Royal Arena.
