The route leaves the Historical Village of Marialva along Largo da Figueira Bugalhota and climbs northwards. Shortly afterwards it joins the N324 that takes you to Mêda, with a somewhat demanding climb for 3 km. At the roundabout at the entrance to Mêda, it continues to the left and keeps climbing until it reaches a new roundabout, where it turns left on the M600 towards Pai Penela and Casteição. After passing through Casteição, the next waypoint is the village of A-do-Cavalo where the route veers left towards Carvalhal, with a steep descent at the end of the road. After Carvalhal it turns right towards Rabaçal, follows an undulating route, passes through the village and descends to the N102 which it follows for 8 km. It then turns left towards Marialva and ends in an ascent to the Historical Village.
