Project Summary:
✓ Change and sharing of good practices, including the use of new information and communication technologies as tools to support exchanges between companies
Capacity building of entrepreneurs to implement change and innovation processes, based on the concept of sustainability, thus contributing to the recognition of the Region as a sustainable tourism destination
✓ Increased qualification of SME employees, contributing to the successful implementation of capacity building strategies for sustainability, innovation, internationalisation and modernisation;
✓ Strengthening of the attractiveness of the companies and the permanence rate and repurchase of customers by the affirmation of the region as a Sustainable tourism destination, of reference; recognized by the quality and excellence of its tourism services;
✓ Increased productivity and competitiveness in the global market, either by training employees or by introducing processes of change and innovation in companies;
✓ Alignment of the companies' strategy with the qualification strategy of the destination Historical Villages of Portugal, as a certified territory - Sustainable Destination Certification, under the collective efficiency strategy PROVERE - Historical Villages of Portugal;
✓ Support in achieving the goals of the Tourism Strategy 2027;
✓ Respond to the needs, mainly, of SMEs up to 5 workers with knowledge deficits in basic subjects
